  Returned items will be reimbursed through payment method (Visa, Mastercard or Paypal). Reimbursement will include the original cost of the item(s), less shipping and handling.   Defective product 30-day replacement policy. If a product has a manufacturer defect, the product will be replaced with the following stipulations. Consumer must contact Burp~ease for replacement information within 30 days of purchase. Damaged product must be returned at consumer's expense to Burp~ease within 45 days of original purchase. A new product will be shipped at no expense to the consumer when the defective product has been received. Burp~ease reserves the right to refuse product replacement at its discretion and for any reason it deems necessary.

• MONTHLY DRAWING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
  Each calendar month, Burp~ease will randomly select one registrant to receive one free burp cloth. The item will be shipped at Burp~ease expense. Registrants may win once per calendar year and will be entered into each monthly drawing as long as they remain registered on the site. Upon selection, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the winner's shipping address. If a response is not received by the winner after three email attempts, a new winner will be selected.
